Custom Design

Engagement & Wedding Rings


Whitneys speciality is creating your perfect engagement ring or wedding band from design to manufacture, whether you are looking for inspiration or if you already have a design or style in mind, a consultation with on-site jewellers Peter & Warren, along with Gina will ensure your needs are meet through the delivery of discrete, personalised service, quality of design, manufacturing. We have a beautiful selection of diamonds and gemstones to choose from. All our diamonds are ethically sourced through our trusted Australian & Overseas mgemstone & diamond suppliers. These gemstones and diamonds are from the world's premier mining and cutting centres & include rare Argyle Pink Diamonds, Fancy Coloured Diamonds & more. Whitneys use the latest technology 3D CAD Design. (Computer Aided Design), with this technology our clients can visually see their designed piece come to life in a three-dimensional image. This process ensures that the result will be everything that you have invisaged & more.

Care & Cleaning

It is important to take regular care of your precious fine jewellery.


Here are some easy tips to ensure the beauty of your jewellery will last for generations to come. 


Proper care and handling of your jewellery can help  maintain its beauty and sparkle for years to come.


  • Always store jewellery separately, this will help to avoid scratches to your gold, silver & gemstone set jewellery, also try & keep your silver jewellery seprate from gold jewellery.
  • Avoid contact with household cleaners or chemicals, chlorine, bleach, salt and chlorinated water, perfumes, and cosmetics. Do not wear when showering or cleaning, and never wear to bed or while participating in sport, as this may cause kinking, snagging or breakage.
  • Pearls-If worn often, wipe your pearls with a soft damp cloth, there is no need for commercial, ultrasonic or steam cleaning solutions, your pearls will react naturally to a chemical-free clean. It is recommended to have your pearl strands re-threaded often to avoid broken thread as over time and when worn often, the thread can become frail.
  • Call in store for a free check with our onsite jewellers.
  • We recommend an annual inspection to promote early detection of wear and tear, which may assist in avoiding gem loss, clasp failures & more.

REMODELLING
You may choose to have your dated or unwanted jewellery remodelled or remade. We can help.

We use your existing gemstones to create a completely new design.


  • Beginning with the design process a simple hand sketch, once we have agreed on the design & price we use the latest 3D CAD (Computer Aided Drawing) to bring your design to life.
  • The use of CAD the latest technology allows you to view a three-dimensional image of the design. giving piece of mind before our jewellers begin the manufacturing process.
